We are using the precision casting, precision machining, surface treatment and other advanced international technologies, mainly engaged in high level precision castings, high precision machining parts, heat treatment and hand-polishing. The main products are ferrous/non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, bronze/copper and aluminum investment castings and castings related to machining. All the products are used in a wide range of fields, such as: chemical machines, food machines, construction hardware, heat-treatment equipments, hydropneumatic mechanics, marine hardware, kitchen utensils, hardware tools, medical instrument, sports equipments, measurement equipments, auto spare parts etc.
At present, more than 90% of our products are exported to EU, USA, Japan, Korea etc more than 20 countries and areas. Our equipment level, management level, technology level, research & design level, quality control level have been in ahead of the world investment casting industry. Currently, we have three production departments with a monthly producing capacity of 300 tons of investment castings and 240 thousand pcs of surface treatment parts and 60 thousand pcs of precision machining parts and 50 pcs of precision casting tools.
