Future progress means making and developing connections. MING d.o.o. is a family-run Company established in 1990, as the Production & Engineering Company with the Registered Office in Belgrade. In order to meet market requirements, Ming d.o.o. expanded its capacity by purchasing the factory in the city of Ni? in 2006, which, thanks to its 150-year long forging tradition, complies with long-lasting technical & technological development of Ming Company. We export over 95% of our products, mostly to EU countries. The quality of our products is our best recommendation which is why we are constantly working on its upgrading. Today, the Company employs 119 people and its entire production is conducted at the factory in Ni?. The Factory consists of two units: Forge Shop and Machining Facility, occupying the surface area of 3 ha. We are dedicated to success, readily accepting new technologies and constantly improving our products. We have realized a well rounded manufacturing process from the design to the final product. We envision our Company as a flexible and efficient system steadily developing, as a place of advancement and learning, as a reliable and important partner ready to meet challenges and adopt new technologies. We are open to cooperation and partnership as we know that jointly-reached success counts more and is of great importance. Our Forge consists of a production plant (8500m2), a tool warehouse containing over 800 different die forged tools tools, a compressor station and a raw material warehouse. The Forge consists of 6 forging sections of up to 700t monthly output. We can manufacture forged pieces ranging from 0.5 up to 120 kilograms. About 65% of the production is intended for railway industry and 35% is for other branches of industry (automotive, tractor industry etc.). The production cycle of our Company is finalized at the Machining Facility. It consists of a machining workshop (3500m2), a heat treatment plant (500m2) and a paint booth (150m2). More than 70% of forged pieces undergo machining process as well. At the moment, over 60 different products in series production are in the machining process. That is why our largest investments in 2008 have been made in the machining process. By purchasing the machines of the latest generation produced by highly-reputed world manufacturers, we have reduced the possibility of error occurrence to the minimum and significantly increased production capacities. Part machining and tool manufacturing are performed at the new CNC processing centers. Our team of highly-qualified young engineers provides a complete logistic support for smooth operation of processing centers and ensures betterment of their efficiency. Besides part processing, the Machining Facility is fully equipped and enabled for the manufacturing of the most complex die forged tools. Flexibility and swiftness are definitely our best recommendations.
